OpenWRT MAP images from pure trunk

MAP-T and MAP-E (and LW4o6) are now part of the OpenWRT trunk, which allows you to build the images without any extra feeds, etc.

You only need to find "map" package, "nat46" kernel module, and define the value of the DHCPv6 base option for the provisioning within the ODHCP6C configuration, and then compile - the resulting image will have MAP support.

Some of the usual images built this way are here. The configuration process for them is the same as in 29th May images.
